Steve,
The most obvious advantage would be that Microsoft are continuing
(currently) to fix the holes in 2003, whereas they're not (really)
interested in 2000.
In terms of benefits of moving to 2003 from 2000: all of the above, but not
a lot else :-)
I've been running my Windows box on 2003 for a number of years now ..... you
should probably move, if you have the option.
