[Dxspider-support] Sysop cmd to alter user data

Hi All,

i didn't remember the Sysop command that allow me to change user data (name, locator etc) locally when I'm connected
at the DXspider console (Linux version). Actually the way I use is simple ;) hi hi
I just telnet to the cluster with the user call and change the data myself, but I remember there should be a Sysop command.
