[Dxspider-support] R: file registered users corrupted

Hi Luigi,
tnk  u for your prompt reply.
I switched off the cluster then i executed the command you suggested and the result was '0 error',
After that, switched on the cluster but the registered user numbers did not change (50% missing).
I tried both commands (user_asc and user_asc.o) with the same result.

Actually the registered user are no so many, and i'm able to recover the missing registration.
Nevertheless I fear that the daily backup is not enough.
I also tried by replacing all the directory 'Spider' backupped last night, but unsuccessfully even using your instructions. 

do you have any suggestions regarding a alternative daily backup procedure that would work in that case?
